"Fine Overall, But the Wait Was Annoying"
After waiting longer than I expected, I was a little frustrated by the time it showed up. It did wash fine, though, and I just had to fold it a bit to get it how I wanted. Overall, it worked out, but the waiting part was annoying.

"Packed really well"
The box showed up neat and in good shape, and the rug was wrapped really well. There were no dents, no mess, and everything felt secure. the packaging looked better than I expected...

"Nice rug, but the smell was a lot at first"
The rug looks good and was easy to set up, so no complaints there. I even double-checked my order email and receipt because for the price, I guess I expected it to feel a little more premium right out of the box. The main issue was the smell when I opened it, really strong chemical/plastic odor. I had to put it in another room with the windows open for a couple days before it was usable. It’s much better now, but the first impression wasn’t great.

"Refund came through, but I don’t really trust them now"
I did eventually get my refund, but it took way too long and the whole process left a bad taste. I had to wait around not knowing what was going on, and by the time the money finally came back, I’d already lost a lot of trust in them. Glad it was resolved, but I wouldn’t feel confident ordering again

I’m really happy with this overall! Dog hair comes off super easily, which is such a relief and makes cleaning feel way less frustrating. The only small issue is that the corners curl up sometimes, but it’s still been really helpful and I enjoy using it.

"Nice rugs, but the patterns feel a little limited"
I really like the whole ruggable concept, and browsing the rugs was easy. The rugs themselves seem good, but the pattern options didn’t totally hit for me. A lot of them felt either too similar or a little too busy, almost like they’re trying to push people toward the bolder styles. I did eventually find one that works for my space, but it took longer than I expected. I’d love to see more simple designs and a wider range of colors.

"Fits Under the Door Nicely!"
I like that it’s not too thin, but still lays flat enough to slide under doors without bunching up. Simple, practical, and does the job!

"Good for dog messes, not perfect"
I bought a Ruggable mostly because my dog is always tracking stuff in. It’s been good for little spills and muddy paws, and coffee washed out fine. One older food stain did leave a light mark though, so it’s not totally stain-proof. Still useful, just expected a little more for the price

I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and they did get back to me, though it wasn’t exactly quick. It took a couple of days before I got a clear answer. They seemed nice enough, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, just maybe a average one overall...

"Lines Up Nicely After a Wash"
I was happy with how easy this rug was to line up. Even after washing it, the edges still looked straight and it laid down neatly, which is a small detail I really appreciate...

"Rug was right, pad was not"
My rug showed up in the exact color and size I ordered, so that part was totally fine. The shipping info matched too, which I appreciated. Anyway, the only issue was that the pad they sent was the wrong type, so I had to reach out to support to get it fixed. Not a huge deal, but it was a little annoying since the order really should’ve been checked before shipping

"Ended up being worth it"
I wasn’t totally sure the thicker rug pad would make that much of a difference, but yeah, it kind of does. It feels really solid underfoot, doesn’t slide around much, and made the rug feel a lot nicer than before.

"I’ve had my Ruggable for a little over..."
I’ve had my Ruggable for a little over a year now, and with kids plus a dog running across it every day, I expected it to look rough by now. Somehow it still looks good after washes, which is surprising because I was sure the edges would start curling or it would get weird over time. It’s not like I’m gentle with it either, but it’s held up way better than I thought

"Such a cute upgrade for my living room!"
I’m so happy with this rug! It looks great in my living room and really pulled the whole space together. The colors are soft without feeling dull, and the pattern is cute but not overwhelming. I’ve already had a few people compliment it, which is always a nice bonus!

"I got my Ruggable a few…"
I got my Ruggable a few weeks ago, and I’m happy with it so far. My old rug shed constantly, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect with this one, but it really hasn’t shed much at all, if any. I just give it a quick vacuum and it still looks nice. I was kind of surprised, to be honest. I’d probably give it 5 stars.

It washed everything just fine, so I’m happy with that part, but the drying took longer than I expected. I kept checking it because I wasn’t totally sure if that was normal or if I was doing something wrong. Overall it worked, I just wish the drying time had been a little more reassuring

"Pretty smooth delivery overall"
I ordered a rug from Ruggable and was expecting it to take a bit longer, but it showed up quickly. The tracking wasn’t perfect, but it updated enough that I could get a general idea of where my order was. The only thing that made me knock it down to 4 stars was that the box looked a little rough when it arrived, but thankfully the rug itself was totally fine. Overall, I’d say it was a good shipping experience, and I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.
